In 2015, Tierra Sawe founded Distinctive Beauty LLC a full service image consulting firm centered around Beauty and Fashion. In addition she created a philanthropic piece titled "Beauty of Distinction" an organization that is centered around Women Empowerment. As the founder of Distinctive Beauty LLC and the "Beauty of Distinction" movement, she wants to help women reenter the workforce and young girls build their self confidence. Which in return will inspire women and young girls to be their own kind of beautiful, a "Beauty of Distinction".
